Good afternoon,

I trust you are enjoying this warm summer weather. We will be sitting
sesshin this weekend and would love to have you join us. 

This note is to let you know that our resident John Ott has returned from
Colorado early. He fell at a hot springs and fractured his head. He was
life-flighted to Denver where he spent a week in the hospital with fellow
hiker/member Tom Rudy by his side.  He is resting comfortably at his
parents' home and will return to Zen Center in a little bit. 

Nonin will be having surgery on his lung and throat area to remove cancer
tumors on August 13th. I'll go out a couple days early and will most likely
be there for two weeks. Please keep him in your prayers.
