Factory Museum at 6:50 AM on Tuesday mornings or at 5:40 PM at the =
Friends

--children ages 3 + can join the children's program on Sunday mornings?
-- we carpool Sunday mornings from Oakland to Zen Center? Just ask.
--Sundays we have a potluck lunch after zazen, housekeeping, service and
dharma talk?
-- we have a large garden in which you can work and/or pick vegetables.
Donations welcome to cover seed costs.
--we have a great Buddhist library and pledging members are welcome to =

--and speaking of donations, if you like having a Zen Center in western =
PA,
you are encouraged to support us. May we suggest a monthly pledge of =

Here is the upcoming schedule for July and August: NB: We will be having =
a
lay initiation ceremony on September 14. This ceremony includes =
receiving a
rakusu (small Buddhist robe) that one has sewn and formally receiving =
the
precepts. Permission to sew is required. However, our "precept renewal"
ceremony is a monthly event on the Tuesday evening nearest the full moon
when we renew our precept vows. These ceremonies are open to all who =
live by
the 16 Bodhisattva Precepts=20
