Good afternoon-

Practice Period has begun. Eight of us are here quietly practicing =
together.
We are expecting more this weekend for sesshin. Just a note-if you are
attending the sesshin, it finishes at 5 PM Sunday not our regular noon
ending. If you are not attending sesshin, you are welcome to come to =
Sunday
sitting. Nonin will talk at 10AM followed by zazen and noon service.
Participants will be in silence and there will not be potluck as we =
normally
do.
