Good evening-

I hope you will look at your June calendars this weekend and let me know
what commitment you would like to make for practicing here during the June
Practice Period. Nonin will be offering a class on Dogen Tuesday evenings;
there will be Ryaku Fusatsu (precept ceremony) on Wednesday evening; and I
will teach a class on Jokin's Transmission of the Lamp on Fridays. We will
be following a traditional monastic schedule Tuesday thru Sunday offering
zazen, service, oryoki, work, training, and study.

If you ever wanted to know what it is like to practice in a Zen monastery,
this is your chance.
